Vesselable provides audit-ready intelligence infrastructure for enterprise evidence and document workflows. Our site is intended for business users, potential customers, partners, and other professional contacts.

By accessing or using the Vesselable website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not access or use the site.

What The Site Is For

No Production Service Commitment Through The Public Site

Accessing the site does not by itself create a production service relationship, paid subscription, service level commitment, support obligation, or data processing engagement.

If Vesselable provides any pilot, commercial service, or enterprise deployment, those services will be governed by a separate written agreement.

  • Do not submit malicious code, harmful payloads, spam, or deceptive content.

  • Do not copy, scrape, or republish substantial portions of the site in a way that competes with or misrepresents Vesselable.

Customer Materials And Evaluation Content

If you voluntarily provide documents, samples, or other materials during a demo, pilot discussion, or evaluation, you represent that you have the right to provide them and that doing so does not violate law, contract, or third-party rights.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Vesselable may use such materials only as reasonably necessary to evaluate the requested engagement, demonstrate capabilities, protect systems, or comply with law.

Vesselable does not undertake through these website Terms to store, preserve, or host such materials for your long-term benefit.

Intellectual Property

The site, its design, copy, branding, logos, product names, visuals, code, and related materials are owned by Vesselable or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms, Vesselable grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the site for internal business evaluation and informational purposes only.

Feedback

If you provide suggestions, comments, or feedback relating to the site or Vesselable's products, you agree that Vesselable may use that feedback without restriction or obligation, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vesselable will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, data, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the site.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vesselable's aggregate liability arising from or related to these Terms or the site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Vesselable and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of another person or entity.

Governing Law And Disputes

These Terms are intended as a launch-ready website policy, but the final governing law, venue, contracting entity name, and dispute mechanics should be reviewed and completed by Vesselable before production publication. Until updated, any commercial engagement remains subject to the signed agreement that governs it.
